Your purchase

The offline edition costs $9 USD once. There is no subscription. You receive one downloadable HTML application with the features described on the product page. Internet access is needed for purchase and initial download. A desktop browser is recommended.

Delivery

After a confirmed payment, the delivery page provides your file. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Bookmark that page and keep your receipt. If you lose access, email us from the purchase email address so we can locate your order and restore delivery. Do not send card details.

Refunds

If the product does not suit you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us with your purchase email and receipt reference. Faulty or inaccessible downloads can also be reported for repair or refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights.

License and scope

You may use and adapt the downloaded file within your own business and create documents for unlimited clients. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the tool. This purchase covers the current version, with no promise of future features or lifetime hosted services. Retain a local copy and backups.

The tool drafts administrative summaries. It does not provide legal or tax advice, create verified electronic signatures, send messages, invoice clients or collect their payments. You choose the rates, terms and applicable taxes, review the output, and obtain actual client approval. No income or business outcome is promised.

Information and privacy

The free demo processes its inputs in your browser. The downloaded edition makes no network requests and stores saved work only in your browser when you choose to save. Exported backups are files on your device. We cannot recover those project entries.

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. We can access purchase information needed to fulfil orders, provide support and handle refunds. The delivery service stores a hashed checkout reference, product, amount and confirmation time. It does not store card details or your project inputs. The hosting provider may process standard request logs for operation and security. No advertising trackers are included.

Your private delivery URL acts as an access key. Do not share it publicly. Contact us about purchase data access or deletion. We retain purchase records as needed to fulfil orders and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not add purchasers to marketing email lists automatically.
